  • Can I make a reservation?
    Making a reservation with at Villa Anacaona is as simple as checking if your dates are available and locking them out by making a deposit. That's literally all it takes, no complications.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Yes!, we do offer discounted rates on some occasions, so please make sure to check our website often or subscribe to our newsletter so that you don't miss a deal.
  • Are the photos real?
    Not sure if the villa actually looks like in the pictures? Come visit us exclusively to see it by yourself and we'll refund 100% of your travel expenses if you decide to stay with us. Conditions apply.
  • How close is the beach?
    Villa Anacaona is located right at the beach, literally. All it takes is walking down our private beach ramp for a few steps and you're in the beach.
  • How's the WiFi?
    Villa Anacaona boasts a top-notch WiFi Network with fiber-based 100Mbps Download Speed / 50Mbps Upload Speed and covers 95% of the villa areas.
  • Do you have phone lines?
    Absolutely, Villa Anacaona has ultra-high bandwidth IP phone systems at your convenience and at no extra cost to you.
  • Do you have bedroom TV's?
    Absolutely, Villa Anacaona has Big-Screen smart TV's with Satellite-TV in most of the bedrooms, Living-room and a fully-featured Home-Cinema for pounding Bass and Thrills on those movie nights.
  • Do you host weddings?
    Unfortunately we are not hosting weddings at the moment. This might change in the near future, so we kindly ask you to fill our Wedding Inquiry Form if you would like to connect with a representative and discuss your case.
  • Do you host Yoga Retreats?
    Yes, Villa Anacaona is the perfect place to organize your Yoga Retreat. Our indoor sports facilities, pool area and dedicated wellness center are the perfect match for most unforgettable Yoga Retreat ever.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    We do, please refer to your reservation specialist for details on our refund policy. Basically a 180 to 90 months window is available for refunds to be requested.
  • Can I bring my own Chef?
    Villa Anacaona is a fully-staffed (40 full-time employees), full-service, all-inclusive experience, this means it comes with 2 Private Chefs and a Mandatory Daily Meal Plan per guest.
  • How far can I book the villa?
    Villa Anacaona can be secured up to 24 months in advance. Please expect a 5% yearly increase in the meal plan costs.
  • What's included with my stay?
    Villa Anacaona offers an All-Inclusive experience, this includes fully staffed, full service accommodations and access to a wide range of add-ons, please contact your reservation specialist for more information.
  • Can I have a party at the villa?
    Yes. Birthday Parties and Corporate Events are welcome in the villa as long as the house and community rules are respected.
  • Do you offer excursions?
    Yes, we offer a wide array of add-on experiences and activities so you'll have lots of fun things to enjoy with family and friends. As a bonus we also include several FREE tours and adventures during your stay.
  • Which is the closest airport?
    Samana International Airport is 45 minutes away from Villa Anacaona. The next closest airport is Puerto Plata International Airport which is 1.5 hours away from the villa.
  • Do you offer transportation?
    Yes, airport transfers are included with your stay for up to 50 guests. Some restrictions apply. Please make sure to contact your reservation specialist for more information.
  • How safe is the villa?
    Villa Anacaona has a 3 checkpoint security entry way to the villa main gate and 6 full time security guards and trained k-9 security dogs patrolling the perimeter 24/7.
  • Is the villa kids friendly?
    Yes, Villa Anacaona is a Kids-friendly place. That being said, children's of any age should always be supervised and accompanied by adults around the pool, the beach and any other area around the villa.
  • Can I see the villa first?
    Yes, one (1) hour private tours are available for serious inquiries and carry an associated fee, which will be applied as credit towards your booking if you decide to move forward with your stay.
  • I see other villas around you, is it all the same?
    No, Villa Anacaona is not associated with any other property around the area. If you are being led otherwise, please contact us directly for clarifications.
